Pierre will present a composting method of food scraps, and demonstrate the astonishing value of the vegetables grown in it, including tasting them. Come join us for an eye-opening experience.

Truly one of the pillars of the Canadian community in Taiwan, Pierre Loisel came to Taiwan in 1964, bringing with him the minicomputer industry. After retiring, he got involved in environmental issues, mainly recycling table scraps. The two bins behind the garbage truck are his achievement. At this stage, he runs a model farm based on compost made of food waste. With over 20,000 tons a day, it will create an agricultural revolution.
